Active HIRECAR members receive priority onboarding.
The HIRECAR Business Index (HBI) is a proprietary score that measures operator readiness across four pillars: credit health, fleet condition, compliance standing, and operational history. It ranges from 0 to 100. A strong HBI unlocks access to premium volume, SeedXchange capital, and First Class Membership benefits. Think of it as your operator credit score within the HIRECAR ecosystem.
First Class Membership is available to qualified operators who meet HIRECAR's standards baseline. Start by completing a qualification funnel on our Services page, or contact us directly to schedule a review. Membership includes priority routing, dedicated recovery support, CreditWithKen sessions, fleet tools, and access to SeedXchange funding. There's no cost to apply — we evaluate on standards, not fees.
HIRECAR is headquartered in Los Angeles and currently serves operators across the Greater LA basin, including the San Fernando Valley, South Bay, Inland Empire, and Orange County. Credit repair and CreditWithKen coaching are available nationwide (remote). We're expanding service coverage quarterly — reach out if you're outside our current area and we'll let you know the timeline.

Absolutely. CreditWithKen is Ken Eckman's 1-on-1 credit coaching program. Sessions cover credit file review, dispute strategy, tradeline optimization, funding readiness, and approval pathways. First Class Members get monthly sessions included; non-members can book individual sessions.
